My Clean Routine with Beautycounter
I discovered Beautycounter in 2015 when I was trying to transition to cleaner household and beauty products in efforts to heal my massive hormonal imbalance. When a friend suggested I try Beautycounter, I was immediately impressed by their strict safety standards and high performing products free from the thousands of toxic ingredients found in conventional skin care. I was constantly referring my clients, friends, and family to Beautycounter so I eventually decided to become a brand advocate myself.
Several of the products in a Beautycounter regimen are developed to meet the needs of a specific skin type and designed to work best in combination with other steps in the regimen. Prior to using Beautycounter, my skincare routine was minimal and I was a little overwhelmed at first by all the new steps I had to take just to get out the door in the morning. After using several of the products/regimens, I found the ones that I really love and prefer to use those instead of adhering only to a specific collection, but that’s just me.
My skin is very dry, more so after moving to Bend so here I’m sharing my daily skincare routine that includes my favorite skincare products and makeup from Beautycounter. Just click on the links for in-depth information about each product, directions for use, and to purchase, if you’re interested. You can check out all of the products available as well as seasonal deals and discounts on the Beautycounter website.

When I was first introduced to Beautycounter, I was really intimidated by the price tag on some of the items but I was on a mission to reduce my toxic load and decided that clean, high quality products for the sake of my health are worth the higher price point. Fortunately, over the years I’ve found that just a little bit of each product goes a long way so I replenish my products pretty infrequently.
If you decide to make a purchase, I highly recommend adding the $29 annual membership to your cart which gives you several perks, lots of savings, and a welcome gift when you spend $50 in products upon enrollment.
Oh, and if you try something and decide you’re not into it, Beautycounter allows you to return unused portions within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping) which is something I have used several times over the years when I decided that some of the things I tried were not for me.
I’m by no means an expert, but if you have questions or are interested in specific recommendations based on your personal preferences or skin type, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Cheers to health, happiness, and clean beauty,
Sara
